“ Sunday 15th June a cheeky Fathers Day treat last minute - was informed by Veronica that it would be a 20 minute wait, she was very apologetic and took our name offered us a take out option also, we decided to wait. When a booth was free we was quickly seated as my daughter had a foot cast order was taken by Luca who was extremely helpful as he explained issue with our app. Food arrived pretty quickly very happy. We ordered dessert and had to tell someone the ice cream machine was empty Luca fixed that straight away. Veronica, Luca and Holly are amazing staff and made our experience very pleasant for going that extra mile with Customer Service. Great team. ”
